First, I just wanted to mention there are no weekend session dates available for guarenteed delivery in time for the holidays. I do have a few weekdays available so let me know if you are interested in booking a session.
I am behind on blogging so I am trying to catch up. So here is Miss S. She reminds me so much of my daughter. She did want any help with anything, not even a hand holding! She knew where she wanted to go, what she wanted to do and she was going to do it. I followed Miss S all around her house and the park. Fall is definitely here…she had the cutest little pink hat to wear. Thanks for a wonderful afternoon F Family.

Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! The weather yesterday was perfect…then we woke up to the start of autumn. I knew it was going to be coming soon, hopefully we’ll have more warm days before the frigid cold gets here (ugh!).
So this is just a tiny sneak peek but something is better than nothing right?! Mr. C was full of energy when I arrived. I learned about his LOVE for tattoos and he just had to have one on for pictures (so cute)! And Little Miss S was such a content baby… she really has such a sweet disposition about her. I had fun K Family!

Well, I just got back from an absolutely wonderful photography workshop. I got to meet and learn from the very talented Jodie Otte! I did not shoot very much but I learned so much I cannot wait to start practicing! Thanks Jodie…I loved every minute!

Little K did not want to sleep (we did get her asleep for a few though :))…but look at those gorgeous eyes! She has an older sister and brother who will be watching out for her. I loved how she looked swaddled in her blanket, she was so tiny!
Some business stuff…I have only weekday dates available in September, in October I have one weekend open and some weekday dates. November and December have openings but none for guaranteed delivery in time for the holidays. So if you are expecting in November, December or January please contact me before you have your little peanut. If you are wanting a session during these months please contact me sooner than later since I only take a limited number of sessions during this time.

This has been a tough one to nail down this year. I have clients from all over and deciding on one location has been difficult. So as of right now I will be offering a few mini-sessions on October 5th in downtown Wheaton. You can opt for the urban setting or there is a park right next to the downtown area for a more outdoor type photo shoot. As of right now only morning slots are available. Your session will last approximately 30 minutes and we will try to capture as many family and individual shots as possible. Here are all the details:
Holiday Package - $350 ($250 is due to at time of booking to secure your time, $100 is due on October 5th)
30 minute mini-session
8-10 images presented in an online gallery
1 - 8×10, 2 - 5×7’s and 24 wallets
50 flat 5×7 holiday cards
Additional prints can be purchased at regular prices.

So I go on vacation and get so far behind!! This was the first time I did not take my computer with me so I wasn’t tempted to work! Ugh…I might be paying for it now. I know I am behind and am working to get everyone’s slideshows up asap and sneak peeks. Here is the W family…aren’t they such a beautiful family! The boys were a little tough but I think I managed to sneak a few smiles out of them. Hope you enjoy and your slideshow will be ready soon. Thank you for everyone’s patience.

If you are waiting to hear from me or have sent me an e-mail in the past couple of days and I have not yet responded, I have been having e-mail problems. Everything is fixed as of now, let me know if I missed anything. I thought it was pretty strange not getting any e-mails at all for two days!!
So those mini-sessions…I am (again) hoping to have some things worked out soon. My calander is getting pretty full so scheduling this might be a little difficult. Give me a couple of more days to finalize everything. I hope to have one Sunday in the end of September or October available for mini-sessions. So I realized I have been talking like crazy about these mini-sessions but no one knows what is included! So a regular session we do everything…you choose the location(s), can change clothes, get those family shots, individual shots and everything in between. A mini-session will last approximately a half an hour and will be at a chosen location by me :) We will get all of those family portraits and individuals that we can in that half an hour and there are no clothing changes. Theses sessions are perfect for those who need new portraits for holiday cards and for gifts for family and friends (or of course to hang new portraits on your walls). So more details coming (I promise). ANd of course a post is not complete without a picture…

Little H was the most precious, sleepy newborn! She let me move her, squish her, swaddle her and unswaddle her with out making a peep…she was a perfect model. She has such a wonderful, caring family too, everyone was so accommodating and helpful. Thank you everyone! M and T, it was a pleasure meeting you and your family. L and S, thanks for all of your hard work, I think it paid off. Hope you enjoy your sneak peek…
